For Brands and Professionals
I work with brands, organizations, and media platforms on content about mental health, trauma, relationships, and identity.
As a trauma therapist, I take complex psychological concepts and break them down into something people can actually use, whether that's through educational content, speaking engagements, or media appearances.
Collaborations & Media
-
Educational talks and workshops on trauma, EMDR, nervous system regulation, attachment, and mental health in relationships. Available for conferences, organizations, and community events.
-
Clinically informed commentary and guest appearances on trauma, anxiety, relationships, and emotional well-being.
-
Collaborations with brands aligned with mental health, wellness, and intentional living. Partnerships may include sponsored content, educational campaigns, or product integration, and each one is chosen carefully to reflect ethical, trauma-informed values.
-
Co-created social media and educational content with clinicians, creators, and platforms working to make mental health and emotional well-being easier to talk about.
A trauma therapist bringing real, culturally relevant mental health conversations online.
