Individual Therapy
Come home to yourself. In individual therapy, we’ll gently unpack what’s been heavy, exploring how your past is showing up in the present, how identity and belonging have shaped your story, and how you relate to yourself and others. Together, we’ll work toward helping you feel more grounded, clear, and connected, not by fixing you, but by understanding and honoring the parts of you that have been trying to protect you all along.
This is a space where you don’t have to explain everything or hold back. You get to show up as you are.
Couples Therapy
Healing the space between you. Relationships are complex, especially when shaped by cultural differences, communication wounds, or unspoken expectations. I work with couples who are ready to reconnect, whether you’re facing recurring conflict, disconnection, or a significant life change. In our sessions, we’ll slow down reactive cycles, increase understanding, and build tools for emotional safety, repair, and deeper intimacy. All partnerships are welcome.
EMDR Therapy
Eye Movement Desensitization and Reprocessing (EMDR) is a research-backed approach that helps people heal from trauma, anxiety, and deeply held negative beliefs. EMDR supports the brain’s natural ability to process distressing experiences, without needing to retell every detail. Together, we’ll identify the memories or patterns that still feel stuck, and use EMDR to help you move through them with greater ease and clarity. Many clients say EMDR helps them feel relief in ways traditional talk therapy hasn’t.
