Individual Therapy
45 minute therapy sessions for women navigating trauma, cultural identity, anxiety, and the pressure to hold it all together.
Couples Therapy
60 minute therapy sessions for partners who feel stuck, distant, or caught in the same arguments, and want to rebuild connection.
EMDR Therapy
45 minute therapy sessions for when you understand your patterns but still feel stuck in them. EMDR helps unlock what talk therapy alone sometimes can’t. A research-backed approach that helps release stuck trauma and shift old beliefs.
